Job Summary Summary of Network Support Service Technician Position:

• Delivers Equipment to Onsite Location
• Performs Basic Connected installations, sets up IP addresses, downloads printer drivers and provides customer training on printing functions.
• The Service Technician is responsible for installation, troubleshooting, on-site/remote repair and maintenance of our Sharp, Canon, Kyocera Printers and MFPs.
• Interacts with external customers for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment and ensuring overall high level of customer satisfaction with the service performed. Qualifications and Skills Requirements of the Network Support Service Technician
• A+ and/or Net + Certification or network connectivity experience, a plus.
• Sharp, Canon or Kyocera experience is preferred. Comparable education and experience in related fields will be considered.
• Knowledge of electronics and strong mechanical aptitude; degree in Electronics or equivalent military experience, a plus
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
