Duties and Responsibilities:
- + Set up and configure employee workstations, including: + Docking stations + Monitors + Cables and peripherals + Verify proper functionality of workstation equipment prior to employee use + Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues related to: + Docking stations + Monitors and display settings + Keyboard and mouse peripherals + Power and cable connections + Respond to employee requests for assistance when equipment is not functioning correctly + Perform basic cable management and workstation organization + Escalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate support teams + Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence while supporting end users + Document and communicate recurring issues or equipment concerns to project leadership •
Skills and Qualifications:
- + Previous experience in desktop support, field services, help desk, or technical support roles preferred + Experience setting up and troubleshooting: + Desktop and laptop hardware + Peripheral devices + Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills + Understanding of workstation connectivity and cable management + Strong customer service and communication skills + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment + Ability to lift and move equipment up to 25 lbs.
- Wage Range
- :•The rate for this position is between •$18.
- per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
