Job Description We are seeking a Break Fix Technician (PCs and Printers) to provide on-site break/fix hardware support for PC and Printer customers. The role focuses on laptops, desktops, retail point-of-sale (RPOS), and workstations. Printer support experience is a plus. The position operates in a fast-paced, changing environment and requires strong customer service, mechanical aptitude, and disciplined execution.

Responsibilities:

Perform on-site diagnostics, break/fix repairs, and unit replacements for PC and printer devices. Configure hardware, software, and basic network components to restore service. Execute technical action plans and collaborate with escalation teams to remediate PC and print issues. Educate customers on technology use and maintenance while managing critical service events. Document service activities with attention to detail and complete administrative tasks accurately. Maintain alignment with customer business needs and HP contractual commitments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical and mechanical hardware repair experience across PCs and printers. Ability to troubleshoot logically and systematically, including issues involving third-party software, networks, and switches. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in customer-facing settings. Proficiency with tools, alignment apparatus, and safe repair practices; strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to prioritize, plan, and re-prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment while working independently. Understanding of the financial and business impact of service delivery and sound business decision-making. Physical capability to bend, crawl, stoop, sit, and lift or move up to 50 pounds. Availability for scheduled and unscheduled overtime, holidays, and non-traditional shifts. High School diploma or equivalent with additional hardware technology training; college preferred.

Preferred Skills:
