Ovation Communities — Jewish Home & Care Center Ovation Communities is seeking a Plant Operations Technician Level 1 to handle repairs, maintains equipment, daily work requests, tasks as assigned or required by department polices and procedures. Performs maintenance functions as required per Federal, State, Local, Administrative, or department policies and procedures. Performs tasks requested by Supervisor and/or Administration to insure a safe, pleasant campus for all.
Rotations required to work:
weekend, on-call, snow removal, holiday.
Key Responsibilities:
Complies with the laws regulating and guidelines governing the facility, including the Resident Bill of Rights. Attends work as scheduled. Maintains inventory by informing supervisor when materials and supplies are needed before they are used up. Maintain records as required by company policies and procedures. Perform various tests, inspections and work as required by Department, Administrative, and Local, State and/or Federal governing bodies and update records of same. Fill in for staff as needed during absences, vacations etc.
