Educate customers on the use and benefits of their technology to improve their user experience. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and solutions to better serve the customers. Work closely with the support team to document troubleshooting processes and tech solutions. Required Skills Proficiency in resolving common IT and technical issues. Ability to set up and configure home technology systems including wireless networks, home theaters, and security systems. Excellent problem-solving skills.
