Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Product Team Coordinator will work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and QA Testers to coordinate software delivery activities, including organizing software team sessions and stakeholder communications. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Managing New Requests Oversee the intake and management of customers and stakeholder requests ensuring timely review and assignment Maintain and update dashboards to provide transparent visibility into project status for stakeholders and Product Managers Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team effectiveness and operational efficiency Coordinate stakeholder communications, including prompt follow-ups and regular status updates, to ensure alignment and address outstanding issues Software Team Coordination Organize and facilitate delivery team activities, including scheduling meetings, securing release approvals, and supporting the team with standardized templates and documentation Assist Product Management in planning, communicating, and documenting software development activities, with a focus on continuous process improvement Release Management Coordinate all aspects of release management, including preparing approval cards, organizing team alignment sessions, scheduling meetings, and maintaining release checklists Manage release schedules for both legacy and current products, ensuring timely coordination and communication with the Change Approval Board (CAB) Product Launch Support Lead cross-functional efforts between development, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful product launches Communicate product status and upcoming releases to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to support project delivery Remove blockers and facilitate smooth delivery by collaborating with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently

Problem-Solving Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep projects on track. Analytical thinking for assessing risks and mitigating issues. Collaboration & Teamwork Works effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and QA. Builds positive relationships to foster a cooperative work environment. Adaptability Responds well to changing priorities and fast-paced environments. Capable of adjusting plans based on evolving product requirements. Customer Focus Understands the end-user perspective and ensures product decisions align with customer needs. Supports quality assurance to deliver a positive user experience. Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment in Orange, CA and role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, mobile devices, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Requirements While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk and hear, use hands and fingers to type, scroll and use computer equipment. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic forms. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time non-exempt position. Days/hours worked are dependent on the workload at the time. General availability and presence in the office is expected during regular business hours Monday-Friday. However, some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel There is no major travel requirement for this position. However, infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s), attend conferences/industry events, etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat is required. This event is a 2-3-day retreat. Attendance at User Conferences is as assigned. Salary Range The salary range is $31.00 - $35.00 annually. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
