You will be the key link between our clients and our technical teams — translating business needs into clear technical requirements, and making sure what we build actually solves the client's problem. What You'll Do Own the product backlog and roadmap for one of more client AI projects, from initial scoping through delivery and launch Work directly with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into technical requirements and user stories Partner with engineering and QA teams to plan sprints, prioritize work, and remove blockers Make day-to-day decisions on scope, trade-offs, and priorities to keep projects on track Validate that delivered features meet both technical standards and business objectives Communicate progress, risks, and changes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Support pre-sales or solutioning conversations when needed, helping shape proposals for AI-based engagements What You'll Need 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical PM, or similar role in a software delivery environment Hands-on experience with AI-based projects — you don't need to build models yourself, but you need to understand how they work well enough to scope and manage them Working familiarity with AI/ML technologies and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and common LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.) Understanding of cloud AI/ML services and how they fit into a delivery roadmap Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, and how AI models integrate into larger software systems Solid technical background (prior developer, technical architect, or solutions-adjacent experience is a plus) Experience managing client relationships and leading requirements discussions directly Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts in plain language to business stakeholders, and vice versa Must be able to work on-site in Pasadena, CA Comfortable working across US and India time zones Must-Haves Valid US work authorization.
