Job Description CDM Smith is seeking a Product Management Lead to join our Business Technology team. This role will help drive the firm's digital transformation by defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for innovative digital solutions. The Product Management Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure products deliver measurable value and align with organizational priorities. This position is highly business-facing and focused on stakeholder coordination, business process understanding, and translating needs into actionable product outcomes. Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Digital Enablement, responsibilities include: Product Strategy, Roadmap & Requirements
+ Define and manage product vision, value proposition, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and solutions.
+ Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to identify needs, opportunities, and product requirements.
+ Gather, prioritize, and translate business and customer needs into user stories, use cases, and actionable requirements for development teams.
+ Monitor product adoption and performance, making roadmap recommendations based on stakeholder feedback and business objectives.
