The following benefits are medical, dental, and vision Position Overview Addison Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Data Product Owner to support a strategic data product for a major biopharmaceutical client. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of Commercial strategy, product management, and data. The successful candidate will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize the roadmap and backlog, and help build a trusted, integrated 360-degree view of customer and business data. The ideal candidate brings strong product ownership experience combined with a deep understanding of commercial data, CRM, analytics, and the biopharmaceutical or life sciences environment. Key Objective Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities for an enterprise Commercial data product designed to create a trusted, integrated 360-degree view of the business domain and customer. The product will enable better commercial decision-making, improve business effectiveness, and provide stakeholders with more consistent and actionable data. Key Responsibilities Partner with Commercial stakeholders to understand business needs and define product requirements. Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog based on business value and strategic objectives. Write, refine, and manage user stories and establish clear acceptance criteria. Evaluate and prioritize data sources, integrations, and product capabilities. Translate business strategy and product vision into clear direction for delivery teams. Communicate product vision, priorities, and business context to technical and delivery teams. Partner closely with the Solution Architect to support scalable and effective technical designs. Manage stakeholder expectations, release plans, dependencies, and delivery progress. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product adoption, effectiveness, and business impact. Review and accept completed stories, ensuring requirements and acceptance criteria have been met. Validate delivered capabilities against intended business outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Commercial Data role focused on customer data, CRM, analytics, or related data products. 5+ years of experience working directly with Commercial, Marketing, or Sales organizations within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry. Demonstrated experience owning product roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and delivery priorities. Strong understanding of customer data, commercial analytics, CRM, and data products. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams. Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline. Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
