Key Tasks:
s Lead a product team to define and complete program objectivess Delegate or act as the Scrum Master for the product teams Collaborate with the RTE to plan releases and sprints, and manage/prioritize the Product Backlogs Perform business/systems analysis for user stories.s Refine product backlog based on analysis and collaborations Evaluate existing or interfacing systems and provide analysis and recommendations on systems integrationss Identify modifications and improvements to enhance efficiencies and performance of existing system featuress Identify core business needs and decompose and document in concepts of operation, briefings, and user stories; document business rules and construct use cases and workflow diagrams as neededs Facilitate meetings between stakeholders, developers, and product ownerss Support testing activities, as needed, including execution of test plans and reporting defects using systems such as JIRA, BigPicture, and Test Railss Monitor progress against deliverables, employing effective risk and issue management strategiess Develop and maintain effective working relationships with CMS stakeholders and other contractorss As needed collaborate with training team and provide post-implementation support
Required Skills:
s 9+ years in one or more technical disciplines (e.g. architecture, process re-engineering, development, verification)s 3 - 7 years of experience working on teams in an Agile SAFe development environments 2 - 3 years supporting CMS Medicare or Medicaid programss Analysis of user stories for impacts to security and 508 compliances Collaborating in a multiple contractor environments Exceptionally strong communication skills, verbal and written. Includes the ability to effectively communicate complex information to audiences with varying technical and system backgrounds and at multiple organizational levels
Desired Skills:
s Supporting client stakeholders with varying levels of Agile experiences Proficient in MS Project, MS Word, and MS Excel Required Education /
Certifications:
s Computer Science degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related major The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 120,000 to 150,000.
