Eden Prairie, Minnesota job type: Contract salary: $50
  • 60 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, delivery plans, and integrated project schedules.
  • Manage feature backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and cross-team coordination across multiple workstreams.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria are well-defined.
  • Drive execution with engineering, QA, business analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, actions, assumptions, and decisions (IRAADs).
  • Escalate and resolve blockers, scope changes, and delivery risks.
  • Maintain leadership reporting, status updates, and program documentation.
  • Support organizational change management, communications, training, and rollout activities.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, and migration timelines.
