Job Description:

Join our team as a Technical Product Owner where you will lead projects utilizing Agile methodologies to create innovative solutions in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Oversee project scopes and timelines, ensuring they align with business goals. Facilitate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to enhance team collaboration. Mentor team members on Agile frameworks and cultivate an environment of open communication. Act as the liaison for external communications, managing expectations of stakeholders. Work with product owners to manage backlog priorities and incorporate new requests. Identify and resolve conflicts and obstacles to maintain project flow. Guide development teams to advanced levels of Agile practice and enhanced productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into impactful product features. Develop and implement product roadmaps and strategies to ensure successful launches. Skills At least three years' experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner. Strong grasp of software development and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on leadership. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is desirable. Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile qualifications. Experience working within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with utilizing data analysis for product development insights.
