As a Treasury Product Owner, you will be part of the Enterprise Payments supporting the Payments Lifecycle Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

$53.56 What's the Job? Manage and own all aspects of the business and technical product vision for payments products. Define and develop the payments product roadmap within Enterprise Payments and manage the product backlog. Collaborate closely with senior business managers, stakeholders, and global functional heads to establish and implement evolving product development standards and processes. Lead cross-functional teams of technologists and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with strategic goals. Document high-level design (HLD) and functional requirements using Agile SAFe methodologies, ensuring alignment with product strategy and organizational standards. What's Needed? Proven experience managing real-time processing implementations in a fast-paced environment. Technical proficiency with APIs, Kafka, Mainframe, and Database systems. Strong product management skills with the ability to set and promote strategic vision across business and technology teams. Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of engaging with diverse groups and organizational levels. Knowledge of operations processes supporting enterprise payment execution and compliance standards. What's in it for me?
