Responsibilities:

Own and prioritize the product backlog Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements Partner with Engineering, QA, UX, and Business teams to deliver high-quality solutions Lead Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT support Gather stakeholder feedback and translate business needs into actionable product features Document business requirements, workflows, user journeys, and operational processes. Gather feedback from store team members, delivery operations, dispatchers, support teams, and business stakeholders. Monitor product performance, identify improvements, and support release activities

Required Qualifications & Experience:

3 years of as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
