In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization ⦁ Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions ⦁ Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders ⦁ Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards ⦁ Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure. ⦁ Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. • Experience working as part of an Agile Release Train in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Experience in Retail Merchandising domain (Buying & procurement, Planning, inventory management, allocation & replenishment
• Experience within a retail IT environment
• Experience mentoring Product Owners or partnering with Product Owners to support backlog health, prioritization, and delivery alignment.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis, product management concepts, roadmap planning, and value-driven prioritization desired. Preferred Skill and Experience
• Exposure to AI/GenAI-driven product capabilities, including Awareness of LLMs, agentic solutions, experience in Copilot/Claude, and intelligent automation use cases.
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and translate business opportunities into product features and user stories leveraging AI/ML & automation solutions. Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
