To be successful as a Product Owner- Fraud IDV, AVP, you should have: Demonstrated product management experience with deep expertise in Agile methodologies; experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Considerable proficiency in Fraud Identity and Verification (IDV) product capabilities Extensive expertise in Identity Verification (IDV), including Fraud Strategy rules and decisioning frameworks Proven capability of designing, implementing, and delivering complex enterprise-scale product solutions Ample Fraud Identity and Verification (IDV) product knowledge and subject matter expertise Other highly valued skills include: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization Good analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and drive data-informed decisions You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
Minimum Salary:
$120,000Maximum Salary:
$175,000 The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available. This position is eligible for an incentive award. Purpose of the role To collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process and utilise their knowledge of the bank's technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap. Accountabilities Provision of subject matter expertise to support the collaboration between the product owner and the technical side of product development. Support the development and implementation of the product strategy and vision defined in the product roadmap and communicate them with the relevant stakeholders and the development team. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements and features based on business value and feasibility that are well defined, measurable and secure. Development and implementation of assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance. Monitoring of product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation that meets the banks performance standards. Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies, to evaluate and adopt new approaches to improve product development and delivery.
