Digital & IT Functional Spec 1 - Digital Product Owner, PRM Parker Hannifin Corporation $99,705.00 - $174,575.00 / yr 6035 Parkland Boulevard (Show on map) Sep 01, 2026 Position Summary Position Summary The position of Digital Product Owner, PRM is responsible for the implementation and support of Salesforce Partner Relationship Management portal dedicated to Parker Distributor network. This position is focused on continuous improvement, both personal, business and technical expertise, in support of the Digital and IT strategic vision and roadmap. This job resides within the Corporate Digital Selling IT team. Scope/ Supervision and Interaction __ Has Direct Reports _X_ Does Not Have Direct Reports Responsibilities Essential Functions Act as a Global Product Owner and lead the development and implementation of our Salesforce Distributor portal to support organic growth and deliver best in class user experience.
That includes:
- Lead requirements gathering from business leaders across the globe Breakdown requirements into Epics, Features and User Stories following Agile methodology. Prioritize these items to answer business needs. Accountable for the design and delivery of the following corporate features such as: Lead and Opportunities management Case & Claim management Quotes & Rebates Private Documents Order Status Price & Availability Automated test plans Responsible to deliver a complete user set up framework including specific Distributors' personas and roles tied to different features access Team up with Division IT manager to provide a link out using SSO to specific Division applications Proactively anticipates changes, makes recommendations to leadership, leads and implement changes within team Understand business impact, create and communicate decisions impacting the wider business, effectively managing customer expectations Has a broad understanding of IT strategy across all functions and can assess impact on own area Able to interpret business requirements effectively that can translate to information technology solutions and roadmap Guide and train team members on functional business skills & processes Qualifications Qualifications 4-year University / College Degree and relevant technical / business certifications
- Business application experience, ideally with a Sales and Marketing focus.
- Experience with channel sales management / working with distributors is a must.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM in general, Experience Cloud is preferred
- 8 or more years' experience in Information Technology / Business leader role
