As the Associate Product Owner, you will Support the vision, planning, and delivery of technology products and business process solutions. The vision includes the road-map for strategic planning, ROI, and release planning for the product. Liaison between the workstream team and the product stakeholder. Coordinate activities with other product teams so that all product work is coordinated into a combined project vision. Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, Montana, Nevada, Hampshire, York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, Wyoming; residents are not eligible. Responsibilities Works closely with the Product Manager and Scrum team to implement and deliver the vision of the product Collaborates closely with all department stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and all stakeholders' projects needs are met. Works with Product Manager and departmental stakeholders on the overall product vision and roadmap Manages the technology development backlog and feature prioritization process Translates product strategy into planned work Works with teams to ensure business requirements are captured, executed, and sequenced effectively Ensures that feedback and requests are integrated into the product planning and development process Communicates project objectives in terms of overall strategic business objectives for stakeholders Assists with creating and executing learning plans and stakeholder interviews to inform roadmap decisions Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and Private Insurance regulations and requirements Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards Desired Outcomes Exercise appropriate cost control measures Maintain positive internal and external customer service relationships Maintain open lines of communication Plan and organize work effectively and ensures its completion Meet all productivity requirements Demonstrates team behavior and promote a team-oriented environment Actively participate in Continuous Quality Improvement Represent the organization professionally at all times Qualifications Education- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, (BA) from a four-year college or university in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
