- Serve as the primary Business Analyst for assigned ServiceNow products and business stakeholders.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and document business needs for platform enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
- Partner with Product Owners and development teams to refine and prioritize work.
- Manage assigned stakeholder backlogs and ensure requests are properly documented and groomed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders while providing regular communication on request status.
- Create supporting documentation, process flows, and knowledge articles as needed. Escalate risks, dependencies, and complex business decisions to the Product Owner. What You Bring to the Team
- 2 to 3 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories or functional requirements.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders in a customer-facing or consulting capacity.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience performing functional testing or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new business processes and technologies quickly.
