Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Product Support Leader to join our team. In this role, you will engage directly with clients and client sponsors to understand business needs, lead discovery sessions, support onboarding activities, communicate product capabilities, and drive successful client programs and initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor on product features, technical inquiries, and issue resolution across installation, operation, maintenance, and product compatibility matters.
This role partners closely with internal pre-sales, product management, implementation, and technology teams to represent the voice of the customer, influence product innovation and roadmap decisions, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in securities-based lending, strong workflow and process management skills, and the ability to translate market and client needs into meaningful product enhancements and business outcomes.
Engage directly with clients and sponsors to identify needs, gather requirements, resolve concerns, and recommend solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert on product features, functionality, technical inquiries, and compatibility matters.
Partner with pre-sales, product management, implementation, and technology teams to influence product design, innovation, and roadmap priorities.
Represent the voice of the customer by analyzing client feedback, proposed requirements, and industry trends to drive product enhancements.
Define product features and support adoption strategies that enable informed business decisions and improved client outcomes.
Identify synergies across Broadridge offerings, particularly within Credit and Lending, to enhance products and services.
Drive program scope, execution, and high-quality delivery while managing complexity, risks, and dependencies.
Continuously assess industry innovation, new paradigms, and emerging capabilities to accelerate the product roadmap.
Promote best practices, standardized processes, and consistent implementation methodologies across teams.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including delivery teams, executive management, sales, pre-sales, and post-sales partners.
Use analytical thinking and sound judgment to solve complex business and product challenges.
Expert-level knowledge of securities-based lending and lending software design and delivery.
Deep understanding of financial products and product workflows.
Experience implementing technology in the financial services industry.
Strong business analysis, systems analysis, and financial analysis skills.
Familiarity with technology and product delivery processes, including SDLC and PDLC.Exposure to the wealth management industry and culture.
Exposure to global lending capabilities is a strong plus.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs, influence stakeholders, and work independently in complex environments.
Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.10+ years of client engagement experience.Expert-level knowledge of securities-based lending and lending software design and delivery.
Deep understanding of financial products and product workflows.
Experience implementing technology in the financial services industry.
Strong business analysis, systems analysis, and financial analysis skills.
Familiarity with technology and product delivery processes, including SDLC and PDLC.Exposure to the wealth management industry and culture.

Compensation Range:
The salary range for this position is between $170,000 - $175,000.Bonus Eligibility:
