Job Description
Short Intro and About the Job We are seeking a Product Analyst to drive the data, technology, and process solutions that enable Sales, Order Entry and Sales ecosystem interfaces. In this role, you will translate commercial needs into actionable product requirements, manage a value-driven backlog, and lead delivery using agile and product management for best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver reliable, high-impact Sales, Operations and Finance capabilities. You will help define the requirements and facilitate delivering solutions to grow the business through the Sales tools. You will partner closely with the business to understand the day-to-day issues of our business partners and identify ways to improve their experience and improve the Customer Value Journey. You will work closely with Product Owner and Senior Product Owner, supporting them by making the product vision a reality and maximizing value for the organization. Key Responsibilities Contributes to the vision of the product, its definition, and the associated value. Makes recommendations to build and sustain the backlog, arbitrating among different needs and priorities. Evaluate solution options and manage the product cost model to maximize business value. Lead end-to-end product delivery using agile methodologies. Defines, analyzes, and validates key metrics to inform decision-making and measure product success from a business and user perspective. Identifies opportunities to improve customer adoptability of customer services tools, delivering and maintaining the valuable features on Sales platforms. Partner with technology vendors and internal technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. Work alongside business leaders to drive impact and value to Danone business objectives. Recommend technology unlocks and opportunities. This role is considered a "hybrid" position that allows for flexible work, meaning it is a role where collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs (White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO) occurs. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week. The base compensation range for this position is $93,000 - $133,000 commensurate with experience. About You 5+ years of experience in IT for Sales Tools, Operations and SAP SD Bachelor's Degree within a Business IT or Computer Science related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required.
