This contract hybrid role will focus on driving strategic product initiatives and stakeholder collaboration. The Product Associate supports the development and execution of product strategies to meet business and user needs, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Senior Product Associate Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the lifecycle of assigned products, including planning and monitoring activities. Act as a product owner for specific features, representing user and business needs to technology teams. Support the creation of product roadmaps, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely resolutions. Collaborate with technology teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and facilitate successful product delivery. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate updates, and support documentation, training, and performance monitoring.

Senior Product Associate Qualifications:

Experience in financial services, particularly with mutual funds or investment solutions, is preferred. Knowledge of AI SDLC ownership and execution. Demonstrated support in developing product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans. Proven ability to support the development of business cases and manage cross-functional teams. Analytical skills with the ability to solve moderate complexity problems and stay current on relevant policies and best practices.
