This role will work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to drive product initiatives from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business and system requirements Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage backlog priorities Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement Support testing, validation, and successful product releases
Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience with user stories, APIs, integrations, and data flows Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred:
Healthcare technology or benefits administration experience Process improvement and systems analysis experience Exposure to SQL, reporting, or data analysis tools We're looking for a collaborative problem-solver who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology to deliver meaningful results. After onboarding, employees work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. As a result, only candidates local to the Albany/Troy area will be considered.
