Product Owner - Hybrid#26-04916 Charlotte, NC Addison, TX 40% Remote Contract Starts 6/15/2026 Ends 6/14/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Owner for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Addison, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite. The Product Owner will collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements, create and prioritize the team's backlog, and act as the primary contact for the product. This position is within the banking and payments domain, focused on a data warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements and associated epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria Accountable for defining and accepting the value delivered by the team Create, prioritize and maintain the team's backlog for assigned products in collaboration with stakeholders Continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks Work with the team, Scrum Master, and other Product Owners to coordinate external team dependencies Optimize the value of the work the team performs Act as the primary contact for questions about the product and for development work being performed by the team Work with key stakeholders to define and ensure the success of product releases

Requirements:

7+ years of experience as a Product Owner for agile teams Experience in the Banking/Financial Domain and Payments Experience with requirements gathering, SAFe Agilist/certified 7+ years of experience in Jira and Agile routines 5+ years of experience in Confluence 5+ years of experience in SQL/Database Strong leadership,munication, writing, and relationship skills Excellent analytical and logical skills Ability to partner with both technology and business associates to implement solutions Strong knowledge of project life cycle, Data Warehousing, and Dimensional Data Modeling Expert knowledge in Oracle/Exadata and Oracle

SQL/PLSQL
