Job Description
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Compumark Online Search product organization. This is an amazing opportunity to work on an established AI and image search technology powering trademark and industrial design searches at global IP offices and leading corporations. The team consists of crossfunctional Product, Engineering, and Business SMEs, and this role reports to the Director of Product Management, Compumark Online Search. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience 5+ Years of relevant experiencein product management/product ownership, business analysis, etc. This role requires US Citizenship and the ability to pass a US Government e-QIP It would be great if you also had... Prior work experience or education in the intellectual property industry Experience with various product development and business analysis tools including Jira, Power BI, Postman, Pendo, and/or Elasticsearch Familiarity with security frameworks for cloud service solutions including FedRAMP, Soc2, CSA Star, etc. A great eye for user interface design and experience with mockup tools like Figma Familiarity with government procurement processes and a proven track record of drafting winning RFI/RFP's Fluency in a language other than English to support or global client base What will you be doing in this role? Support the Product Director and their team in the delivery and ongoing maintenance of Global IP office search systems, powered by Clarivate technology Regularly interface with end users at government IP offices and law firms to capture and distill user feedback into product roadmap priorities Contribute to ongoing work to maintain system security certifications including FedRAMP and Soc2 type 2 Support the sales and marketing teams with product demos, client queries, and RFI/RFP drafting Contribute to the management of the product backlog and roadmap Hours of Work This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in the US Eastern time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed to meet with colleagues and clients. This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days a week in our Alexandria, VA office. Compensation - US OnlyThe expected base salary for this position is$80,000 -$105,000 USD per year.
This role is eligible for bonus earnings.
