Healthcare Insurance Position Summary Seeking a seasoned Scrum Product Owner with strong ServiceNow Implementation experience to support an enterprise implementation project. The Product Owner will work with Scrum teams, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Architects, SMEs, stakeholders, and management to define product vision, build roadmaps, manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure business value. Key Responsibilities Develop and align the Product Roadmap with strategic business goals. Analyze and document business and technology requirements. Build and manage the Product Backlog . Define and prioritize epics, features, and user stories . Establish clear acceptance criteria . Represent business needs and product value to Scrum teams. Accept or reject development deliverables. Lead JAD sessions, workshops, demos, brainstorming, and roadmap discussions . Guide Business Analysts in breaking MVPs into effective user stories. Collaborate with Scrum Masters to improve backlog grooming and delivery. Work with internal/external stakeholders and customers. Support Agile/Scrum culture and coach team members. Mentor other Product Owners. Manage multiple Scrum teams and changing priorities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or additional 4 years of relevant experience. 8+ years total professional experience . 6+ years as a Product Owner .
