The pay range is $115,000.00 - $206,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a Sr Product Delivery Manager, you r primary mission is to facilitate delivery on a continuous basis , manage complexity, and help product teams deliver exceptional digital experiences to our guests. About you:

Four-year degree or equivalent experience 6+ years of delivery management, product management, coaching, or scrum master experience within a product organization Experience working in the product model, with a strong understanding of delivery methods Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology across Sr. Leadership, Operations, Product, and Technology Ability to influence peers, partners, and senior leaders to find common ground, push for consistency where possible and navigate competing interests (w ith the ability to effectively facilitate cross-functional conversations through all levels of leadership) . Strong ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity Curiosity and passion for problem solving This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.
