Hands-on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) experience Technical fluency. You can read Java and Spring configuration, reason about a SQL execution plan, interpret a distributed trace, and tell a cache problem from a locking problem from a capacity problem. Production incident ownership Data-driven prioritization. Comfort querying logs and telemetry yourself to size a problem before committing engineering capacity to it. Azure DevOps Preferred Qualifications Grocery, retail, or omnichannel commerce domain experience Order management and fulfillment integration experience Knowledge of Kafka event-driven integration Observability practice Major platform upgrade or migration experience AI-assisted engineering workflows - agent instructions, MCP tooling, skill authoring - and the judgment to know where determinism must replace inference.
