Full-Time Our client is seeking a Technical Product Owner
- AI to own the performance and lifecycle of our AI products.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take AI products from concept to production, shaping prompts, partnering with engineering and data teams, and driving measurable improvements in customer experience and business outcomes. You will join an AI Initiatives team and manage a portfolio of voice and SMS AI agents, agent-assist tools, and the supporting data and observability layers that keep AI systems reliable, compliant, and effective. Key Responsibilities Own KPIs for AI products, including containment, resolution, conversion, drop-off, and revenue attribution
Run ongoing performance reviews, identify regressions, and drive improvements across prompts, flows, models, and integrations
Lead new AI use cases from PRD through launch, including MVP scoping and success metrics
Author, evaluate, and iterate on production prompts for voice, SMS, and agent-assist AI
Design QA and evaluation frameworks using real customer conversations
Write SQL to analyze performance across Databricks, Salesforce, Encompass, and conversation logs
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Data, and Engineering
Support vendor evaluations and AI governance reviews aligned with regulatory requirements Required Qualifications 5+ years in technical AI product management or a comparable applied AI product role
Hands-on prompt engineering experience with LLM-based products
Strong SQL skills (Databricks, SQL Server, or equivalent)
Salesforce experience as a product owner, admin, or power user
Proven experience shipping products from concept to production
Highly Preferred:
Mortgage or finance industry experience (or something similar) In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
