- Your role and responsibilities
- As an IBM Product Management Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience helping shape innovative products that solve real-world business and technology challenges.

Your responsibilities may include:
1) Partner with Product Managers to support the planning, development, and execution of product initiatives.2) Assist with market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to help inform product decisions.3) Help track product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.4) Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support product innovation.5) Prepare presentations, recommendations, and insights for stakeholders and project teams.6) Gain experience with product management tools, frameworks, and processes used to bring products to market.- Required technical and professional expertise
- Minimally, the incumbent will be open to work in either Austin, TX or Poughkeepsie, NY and will possess:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Interest in product or offering management, digital transformation, or enterprise IT services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, global teams
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud, AI, or infrastructure technologies is a plus
- Ability to drive relentlessly towards a business target
- Must be a self-starter with an excellent ability to work independently
- Preferred technical and professional experience
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in: Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, Data Sciences or related majors.
- Product lifecycle management, project management discipline, agile development, or service design
- Financial modeling, business case development, or pricing strategy
- Engaging with enterprise clients or managed services environments
- Familiarity with AI, Security and Automation concepts and technologies
