Key Responsibilities Include:
Product Vision & Strategy- In partnership with IT leadership and functional stakeholders develop and maintain the product vision, align it with organizational goals, and communicate it to the team and stakeholders. Backlog Management
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog; write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and manage expectations across business, technical, and compliance groups. Iteration Planning
- Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective ceremonies; ensure the team has a well groomed backlog each sprint. Project Planning and Initiation
- Work with Product Management team and stakeholders to develop estimates and initial project plans (capabilities definitions, resource requirements, milestones, dependencies and risks) for new efforts. Value Delivery
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics; make data driven decisions to maximize ROI. Risk & Dependency Management
- Identify and mitigate risks, identify and manage dependencies, and identify / resolve impediments that affect delivery. Financial Management
- Establish baseline budget spread for authorized projects and then manage resources and scope to maintain compliance with project budgets.
- Experience working in and/or leading agile teams Strong communication skills to engage business owners, engineers, and senior leadership.
Financial Management Experience Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$72500.00- $134600.
