Job Description

Job Summary Our client, a leading airline industry provider, is seeking a Product Owner to join their Digital Platforms & Travel Technology team. This is a 15-week contract opportunity (September through December 2026), based in Fort Worth, TX, requiring onsite presence four days per week (Monday-Thursday). In this role, you will define and communicate a compelling product vision for IT applications, operate as the primary liaison between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders, and lead backlog refinement and prioritization for technical features and application enhancements, with a strong focus on mobile analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven product decisions across iOS and Android platforms. Core Responsibilities Define and communicate a compelling product vision, developing and managing roadmaps for IT applications aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives Operate as the primary liaison between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements Lead backlog refinement and prioritization for technical features, application enhancements, and infrastructure capabilities, balancing technical debt, scalability, and business value Gather insights from internal users and stakeholders to identify pain points and translate feedback into actionable technical solutions Define and track product KPIs and OKRs measuring application performance, reliability, and business impact, using data to drive continuous improvement Partner with engineering, architecture, and design teams to ensure successful delivery of technical products, facilitating decision-making and removing roadblocks Ensure technical products align with architectural standards and long-term strategic goals, making trade-offs that optimize for scalability and sustainability Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field 2+ years of related experience Mobile analytics experience across iOS and Android, including Adobe Analytics, event tracking, and data collection design Experience supporting A/B testing, data measurement, customer journey analysis, and KPI development Product Owner experience in Agile environments with strong stakeholder management Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical analytics requirements or user stories Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics or a similar digital analytics platform Understanding of native mobile app development and release processes across iOS and Android Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Masters degree in a related field Experience with Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, and Celebrus Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK or comparable iOS/Android analytics SDK implementations Experience defining mobile app data collection requirements, event taxonomies, data dictionaries, and measurement frameworks Familiarity with SQL, JSON, APIs, data layers, or analytics data pipelines Knowledge of customer journey analysis, funnel analysis, feature adoption, and behavioral analytics Key Competencies & Behaviors Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor technical information for different audiences Ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies while meeting delivery commitments Effective collaboration across Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Data Engineering, Analytics, and vendor partners Forward-looking mindset, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging analytics technologies

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $26.00 and $38.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
