Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product execution and manage requirements for banking applications. The role focuses on requirements gathering, backlog management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful product delivery. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the product lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery Work closely with business users, compliance teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements Translate business and regulatory needs into user stories and acceptance criteria Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business priorities Define and document regulatory and compliance scenarios (audit, traceability, controls) Collaborate with development, QA, and UAT teams for requirement clarification and execution Drive Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, and reviews Ensure product delivery aligns with banking regulations and governance standards Act as the bridge between business, technology, and compliance teams Support validation, release readiness, and post-release improvements Required Skills Strong experience as a Product Owner / Product Analyst / Business Analyst Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/SAFe) Ability to convert complex business needs into actionable deliverables Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in cross-functional teams LTIMindtr ee is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity in the workplace.
