Job Description What You Will Do:
This individual will be responsible for both project management and product ownership. As a Product Owner you will be accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects, on-time, within budget, and error-free. The principal responsibility of the Product Owner is to manage the planning and execution of project team members. As the Product Owner you will work intimately with the Scrum Team and Technical Product Management team with the primary task of creating and managing the Product Backlog and to ensure everyone knows the priorities and assisting the scrum team to meet the objectives of each sprint. Incumbent will support various project teams and obtain/provide a variety of information starting at concept stage and continuing through prototype, pilot, implementation and follow-up stages of various projects Develop and produce project management schedules. Use professional project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately. Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making. Responsible for creating, maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog according to business value for the life of the project. Communicate Product Backlog priorities to the team. Act as the key decision-maker regarding what features the product will have. Responsible for the vision of what is to be built, and conveying that vision to the team.What You Will Have:

Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives.Change Control:
Knowledge of the processes and procedures by which a change is identified, evaluated, approved, monitored and documented; Ability to manage changes in the production environment and processes effectivelyProblem Management:
Knowledge of the processes involved in problem control, error control and the production of management information or computer hardware; ability to identify the root cause of problems in a timely and accurate manner and bring them to a successful resolution.Top Candidates Will Have:
Knowledge of vehicle simulation, sensor simulation, terrain simulation, scenario generation, digital twins, simulation services, and simulation validation. Typical candidates will have 5+ years of direct product ownership experience working with software engineering teams in an agile environment Extensive experience using Azure DevOps isREQUIRED PMP
certification (Nice to Have) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) desired Knowledge of Confluence desired Knowledge of Power BI is desiredAdditional Details:
This position requires the candidate to be based in Dallas, TX Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position. Visa sponsorship is NOT available with this position.Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00- $192,710.
