Job Description

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior Product Delivery Lead - Digital / Commercial Banking for their Plano, TX/Bay Area, CA/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Owners and Technology Owners to define and execute product vision, roadmap, and backlog strategy.

Manage product roadmap in Jira from Idea → Initiative → Epic → User Story.

Facilitate quarterly Product Increment (PI) planning sessions and drive execution alignment across teams.

Manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and escalations across multiple workstreams.

Partner with business and technology leadership on governance, status reporting, and monthly executive updates.

Support budget management, financial forecasting, and operational excellence activities.

Develop and manage business requirements, use cases, process flows, test plans, and delivery artifacts.

Lead change management, communications, training, and rollout activities.

Coordinate enterprise integrations involving upstream and downstream systems.

Drive delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives within the banking organization.

Requirements:

Candidates must have product experience, and banking experience

Digital / Commercial Banking Domain Expertise

Product Delivery & Program Management (Agile and Waterfall)

Jira Roadmap Management, PI Planning, and Cross-functional Stakeholder Management

7+ years of Project / Program Management experience.

5+ years of Digital Banking experience.

Strong understanding of banking products, operations, and technology platforms.

10+ years of overall delivery/program leadership experience.

Strong commercial banking or digital banking background.

Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and drive outcomes across multiple workstreams
