Pay Range:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and prepare for opportunities, scaling, and complexities in product deployment. Onboard clients effectively and drive product adoption through consistent demonstration of skills and behaviors. Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, focusing on continuous improvement and mutual benefits. Lead product deployment responsibilities with an emphasis on product enhancements and client efficiency. Resolve user problems while prioritizing solutions across various stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. Embrace a growth mindset to advance skills and adapt to evolving business and client needs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

5+ years of experience in product development, client management, and software deployment; proven analytical skills and technical competence. Bachelor s degree required; MBA or equivalent career experience preferred. Experience with Postman, Insomnia, API testing, Single Sign-On, and file transmissions is required. Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. A keen focus on enhancing the customer experience and resolving issues proactively.
