Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner - Hybrid (3 days/week) position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical vendor solutions, with a focus on the creation, refinement, and management of documentation related to AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in gathering requirements, ensuring epics and stories support the product roadmaps, and ensuring AI documentation and data algorithms are accurate and align with enterprise governance policies.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for AI initiatives Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs Develop comprehensive documentation for AI models, algorithms, and data processes, making complex concepts accessible to non-technical stakeholders Facilitate communication between business users, data scientists, developers, and other cross-functional teams Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications to guide development and testing efforts Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of AI-related projects Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical guidelines in AI documentation Monitor AI product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement Provide training and support to business users on AI tools, workflows, and documentation practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, preferably in AI or technology-focused projects Proven experience in creating, managing, and updating technical documentation for AI products Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation platforms Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data analysis, and cloud-based solutions Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business documentation Desired skills: Master's degree Github Copilot M365 Copilot Pay range: $49.46 - $57.46 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
