Job Type:

Contract Must-have

5-8+ years of Product Owner / Product Management experience, including backlog ownership at a program (not single-team) level
Demonstrated experience building or planning a software platform intended for reuse and deployment across multiple clients
Experience defining or refining KPI/measurement frameworks in partnership with a customer
Experience gathering and translating multi-persona workflow requirements (e.g., distinct role-based experiences) into actionable backlog items
Comfortable working onsite at a customer site for an extended discovery period
US-person status, consistent with the CUI/FedRAMP High/IL4 access restrictions governing this engagement Nice-to-have
Experience in Department of Defense, Navy, or other federal/public-sector engagements
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and Google Public Sector engagement models
Exposure to AI-enabled or agentic platforms (RAG pipelines, AI agents)
Manufacturing, shipbuilding, or industrial operations domain knowledge
Experience coordinating governance across multiple concurrent delivery teams
