Job Description

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Product Owner (ServiceNow Implementation) for Reston, VA! We are partnering with a leading Federal Healthcare Insurance organization to find a visionary Product Owner who can drive a high-impact ServiceNow implementation. This is not just an execution role — we need a roadmap builder and strategic thinker who can lead multiple scrum teams and deliver real business value!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and align the Product Roadmap to strategic goals in collaboration with stakeholders Lead Product Backlog definition working with BAs, Architects, Technologists, and SMEs Build and prioritize Product Backlog with business owners and define acceptance criteria Write and guide effective user stories and break down MVPs with Business Analysts Drive ServiceNow implementation as the voice of the business to the scrum team Coach team members new to Scrum and Agile practices Support culture change to improve delivery agility across multiple scrum teams
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
8+ years total experience with 6+ years as a Product Owner Prior experience supporting a ServiceNow Implementation as a Product Owner ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and/or CRM module experience required In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum process and principles Proven experience building roadmaps for digital product advancements Ability to manage multiple scrum teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
NICE TO HAVE
Certifications in Product Owner, Scrum/Agile, or ServiceNow
