Product Owner - Hybrid#26-08592 Seattle, WA Hybrid Contract Starts 10/01/2026 Ends 9/30/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Owner - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Seattle, WA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. We are looking for a strong talent to join our team as a product owner, coordinating a development team with clients and the line of business to successfully deliver projects on time. This role will be accountable for coordinating the development of technology solutions appropriate to business needs and objectives and will oversee the implementation of programs, projects, or processes.

Responsibilities:

Own and manage a mix of simple toplex features within development teams Serve as a single point of contact and the escalation point between the client/business area and the development team for the resolution of unresolved problems,plaints, andplex service requests Be accountable for coordinating the development of technology solutions appropriate to business needs and objectives, and oversee the implementation of programs, projects or processes Involve in the coordination of translating business strategy into work programs and processes Be accountable for adhering to enterprise standards for documentation in our software delivery tools (Jira, Remedy, Confluence, etc.)

Requirements:

Experience in design principles and design patterns Strong background in a disciplined software development life cycle (SDLC) process 5+ years of experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology, leading a software development team to successfully deliver projects Experience with Scrum, s planning, burn down and velocity reporting, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or project manager Experience with scope management, estimation, project status, reporting, and escalation Experience gathering required info into Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases and scenarios Ability tomunicate effectively with both business and technology partners Desired skills: Good understanding of financial/banking processes and domain Goodmunication, leadership and mentoring skills Familiar with using AI chatbots (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) Pay range: $73.78 - $81.78 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
