Scrum Master/Delivery Lead - Hybrid#26-07731 Chandler, AZ Onsite Contract Starts 9/07/2026 Ends 9/06/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master/Delivery Lead - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for the end-to-end leadership, coordination, and delivery of strategic and initiative-based programs and projects within a technical organization. The position blends enterprise delivery leadership, portfolio governance, and lean portfolio management to ensure initiatives achieve targeted business oues. The ideal candidate will partner closely with senior business and technology leaders to plan, execute, and monitor a diverse portfolio of initiatives using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define target business oues, success metrics, and delivery priorities Support portfolio-level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management across multiple programs and projects Provide visibility into portfolio health, delivery status, risks, dependencies, and financials to senior management Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of programs and projects of varyingplexity Define and manage scope, schedule, milestones, budget, and resourcing Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments across initiatives Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate Manage program and project financials, forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking Oversee and manage the delivery performance of vendors, suppliers, and consultants Ensure initiativesply with Enterprise Change Management Policies, standards, and controls
Requirements:
Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles Proven experience deliveringplex infrastructure or technology programs (e.g., cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering) Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders Experience operating within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks) Experience leading work in matrixed and/or global environments Strong business acumen with the ability to connect delivery execution to measurable business oues Proven ability to influence,municate, and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders Experience with tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint Broad technical background supporting Infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud, and AI technologies Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training Desired skills: PMP Certification Certified Scrum Master SAFe / Agile certifications Release Train Engineer (RTE) Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
