Job Description:
Join us as a Senior Project Manager where you'll lead complex initiatives and pave the way for collaborative excellence in technology-focused environments. Responsibilities Guide intricate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Create project timelines, roadmaps, and resource allocation plans to maintain focus and organization. Foster alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution. Identify potential project risks, devise effective mitigation strategies, and remove obstacles to progress. Champion Agile methodologies and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies to enhance team productivity. Skills Demonstrated experience managing projects in dynamic, tech-driven environments. Adeptness in Agile methodologies, paired with substantial familiarity with Azure DevOps. Strong proficiency in translating technical jargon into actionable business strategies. Exceptional communication and organizational prowess with proven stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects effectively and efficiently. Must be comfortable and knowledgeable using core Microsoft products-Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, and Teams. Have a solid foundational understanding of these tools and the ability to continue learning as new features evolve. Preferred Skills Possession of Scrum Master or PMP certification.
