Job Description

Robert Half is partnering with a leading global financial services organization to hire an Agility Project Manager within its Product Operations org. This role will support a portfolio of cross-functional product teams and play a critical role in scaling Agile practices beyond the team level. This position goes beyond traditional Scrum Master responsibilities and focuses heavily on coaching leaders, connecting Agile practices to product performance, and enabling transformation at scale.

Pay Rate:
$55-59/hourPosition OverviewAs a Product Agility Lead, you will serve as a champion of Agile transformation across a collection of product teams within the Operations organization. You will partner with Business and Technology leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivery excellence. This role requires strong influencing capabilities, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and operational improvement initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluence and coach across multiple cross-functional product teams (5-12 teams per area product)Provide coaching above the team level, including Business and Technology leadersDrive standardization of Agile practices across teams while allowing for appropriate flexibilityConnect Agile methodologies directly to business outcomes, product delivery, and operational performanceUse data analytics and agility metrics to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunitiesDevelop and implement short- and mid-term transformation plans aligned to quarterly objectivesFacilitate stakeholder alignment and promote buy-in across complex organizational structuresCollaborate with other Agile leaders to scale solutions across multiple product areasCommunicate organizational impediments to senior leadership and recommend actionable solutionsContribute to the evolution of Lean/Agile best practices, policies, and frameworks
