Contract (C2C) Prior JPMC experience is MUST Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 8+ years of experience and prior experience working with JPMC (MANDATORY) . The ideal candidate will drive Agile best practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact financial technology projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, removing impediments and ensuring smooth execution Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams Drive Agile adoption and maturity , ensuring adherence to Scrum principles Track and report team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers effectively Support continuous improvement initiatives across teams Ensure alignment with enterprise Agile frameworks used within JPMC Required Qualifications 8+ years of IT experience with strong Scrum Master experience Prior experience working at JPMC is

REQUIRED

(Must Have) Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience working in banking/financial services domain Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple Agile teams in a high-pressure environment Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) or enterprise Agile frameworks Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices Work Model 100% Onsite - 5 days/week in Wilmington, DE No remote or hybrid option Additional Notes Only candidates with prior JPMC experience will be considered Strong preference for candidates who can join immediately or within short notice
