full-time Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in the Orlando FL area to lead Agile software development teams and drive delivery excellence in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role will partner with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate Agile practices, remove impediments, and help teams achieve sustainable, high-performing results. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning. Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, fostering continuous improvement and team maturity. Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities, manage backlogs, and support delivery goals. Remove obstacles that impact team performance and promote a culture of accountability and transparency. Track, communicate, and report Agile metrics, team progress, and delivery outcomes. Support CI/CD practices, test-driven development, and Agile release management activities. Required Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification. 5+ years of Agile/Scrum experience, including at least 2 years serving as a Scrum Master. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams in story writing, story mapping, estimation, and backlog refinement. Understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile delivery methodologies, CI/CD, and test-driven development. Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to work across business and technology teams in a complex environment. Preferred Qualifications SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certification. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working within scaled Agile environments and collaborating with Release Train Engineers.
