Job Description
Job Description This Scrum Master will lead a greenfield Application Security initiative, driving Agile delivery across as many as four concurrent teams focused on security programs including Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations (SecOps), Security Architecture, and Application Security. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as a Scrum Master and a strong understanding of Agile principles, while possessing the flexibility to adapt those practices to teams with varying levels of Agile maturity. Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing delivery roadblocks, managing dependencies, and partnering with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of complex security initiatives. Candidates should be experienced with Azure DevOps and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. This role requires close collaboration with cross functional teams, architects, engineers, product owners, and security leaders to deliver high-priority enterprise security solutions. The successful candidate must be comfortable navigating changing priorities, pivoting quickly when business needs evolve, and driving alignment across multiple workstreams and teams. Due to the global nature of the organization, flexibility is required to support stakeholders across multiple time zones, including early morning meetings and occasional adjusted working hours to ensure effective collaboration. This is a 12-month contract role hybrid in Kansas City, MO.
