$65/hour on W2 Job Summary We are seeking Lead Agilist I professionals to coach and support Agile Squads in adopting and effectively applying Agile principles, Scrum practices, and servant leadership. The Lead Agilist will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach Product Owners and Development Teams, remove impediments, promote self-organization, and drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 5+ years of full-time business experience. 3+ years of Scrum experience. Strong knowledge of Scrum Framework and Agile principles. Experience in Agile coaching, Scrum Mastering, facilitation, mentoring, and team development. Strong communication, coaching, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills. Experience identifying and removing organizational/team impediments. Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile engineering practices. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
