Job Description:

Qualifications 3 - 5+ years as a Scrum Master (or Agile Delivery Lead) supporting cross functional software/product teams. Demonstrated expertise with Scrum and Agile practices; proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders. Proficiency with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira) and delivery metrics; fluency in backlog management and data driven improvement. Recognized Agile certification such as PSM I/II, CSM or SAFe SM (SSM) Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills; excellent communication with business and technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within SAFe or similar scaling frameworks (e.g., Scrum@Scale, LeSS). Exposure to enterprise SDLC governance and integrating Jira data with program reporting. Additional Agile certifications (e.g., PSM II/III, SAFe

SM, SPOC

), and experience coaching multiple teams. Background in regulated or financial services environments (asset/retirement, advice, or similar domains).
