Experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Insurance domains. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Agile certification preferred. Experience supporting AI/GenAI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation programs. Exposure to Azure AI, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, cloud platforms, or MLOps environments preferred. Experience tracking AI adoption, business value realization, and operational impact metrics. Strong facilitation, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and leadership skills. Lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of AI-enabled business initiatives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile best practices. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define priorities and roadmaps. Drive backlog prioritization and execution aligned with business objectives. Manage program-level communication, executive reporting, and governance reviews. Coordinate AI proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production implementations. Monitor delivery performance and drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics. Ensure successful delivery of user stories, discovery artifacts, solution designs, and business outcomes.
