Job Description We are seeking a Digital Product-Oriented Scrum Master to support agile delivery for a growing digital product organization. This role will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and delivery leadership to ensure teams are operating efficiently, collaboratively, and with a strong focus on customer-impacting outcomes. This Scrum Master will join a team working on an established digital product that is entering a phase of significant new feature development and iterative releases. The ideal candidate brings strong agile fundamentals, exceptional communication skills, and experience supporting product teams, not service-based delivery. A key focus of this role is interpersonal effectiveness—the ability to work across diverse personalities, create alignment, and keep complex initiatives moving forward. Familiarity or enthusiasm for AI-driven product delivery is a strong bonus. Skills and Requirements Experience as a Scrum Master on product-focused teams (B2B and/or B2C), not purely services-based environments Strong agile delivery background supporting engineering teams building digital products Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across leadership, product, and engineering Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to work and problem-solving Comfortable guiding teams through frequent releases, milestones, and roadmap-driven delivery Experience working in Azure DevOps (ADO) preferred over Jira Ability to adapt style to different team dynamics and personalities Prior experience supporting AI-enabled products, intelligent automation, or data-driven platforms Hands-on exposure to AI tools, experimentation, or personal projects (e.g., building agents, exploring emerging tech) Background in regulated or enterprise-scale environments Experience partnering closely with Product Managers on roadmap execution Military, operations, or highly structured professional background that reinforces discipline and execution Demonstrated curiosity and a growth mindset when adopting new technologies or delivery practices
