Job Description We are seeking a Digital Product-Oriented Scrum Master to support agile delivery for a growing digital product organization. This role will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and delivery leadership to ensure teams are operating efficiently, collaboratively, and with a strong focus on customer-impacting outcomes. This Scrum Master will join a team working on an established digital product that is entering a phase of significant new feature development and iterative releases. The ideal candidate brings strong agile fundamentals, exceptional communication skills, and experience supporting product teams, not service-based delivery. A key focus of this role is interpersonal effectiveness—the ability to work across diverse personalities, create alignment, and keep complex initiatives moving forward. Familiarity or enthusiasm for AI-driven product delivery is a strong bonus.
